BetMaker has announced the launch of OneWatch.

OneWatch has been developed to operate as a new wagering terminal monitoring system and an analytics tool.

The solution will offer centralised monitoring of the entire wagering operations, real-time reports, performance metrics and dashboard integration that works with third-party automation tools.

BetMakers anticipates that OneWatch will launch in Q1 2024 and will be available to BetLine Series clients.

The solution will also be available to customers who acquire BetLine terminals outright.

Karl Begg, BetMakers Technology Group CTO, said: “At BetMakers, we simplify betting so one goal of our BetLine Series was to ensure that all core elements of wagering terminal service could be monitored and analysed, centrally, for resource allocation, proactive services, and rapid incident resolution.

“Whether deployed for our North American clients or by a client that owns their own BetLine terminals, OneWatch will give support teams comprehensive oversight of critical wagering terminal systems, ensuring that nothing escapes attention.

“BetMakers is committed to transforming the global racing industry and enhancing the experience of wagering on racing.”

Global Tote, a subsidiary of BetMakers, will use OneWatch to oversee its BetLine Series wagering terminals across the United States.

Begg continued: “The BetLine Series of wagering terminals and the OneWatch Terminal monitoring solution are just two of the ways in which BetMakers is investing in the technologies and services that help deliver on that commitment.”

Earlier this month, Global Tote extended its contract with Meadowlands Racing in a 10-year agreement.
