Betting Hero provides live activation and customer experience solutions; its latest concierge programme will offer betting education to Bankroll guests by conducting market analysis and employing the expertise of gambling experts.
Affiliate Betting Hero claims its recent survey found that 47% of sports bettors would like to place more bets, but struggle navigating operator sites to find the bets they want.
The survey also supposes that 71% of sports bettors think it important to watch the game they are betting on. Bankroll will, therefore, offer dozens of screens for fans to watch games on at its upcoming Philadelphia location.
Furthermore, the deal between Bankroll and Betting Hero will see the latter help to build out Bankroll’s concierge team, focusing on VIP engagement, customer acquisition and relationship building with gambling and sports betting companies.
Betting Hero President Jai Maw said: “Betting has become an integral part of the sports fan experience.
“Creating a high-end betting experience at a venue like Bankroll gives guests more ways to engage with their favourite games and provides betting companies with a truly differentiated way to engage customers.
“We’re excited to deploy Betting Hero’s sports betting expertise, in partnership with Bankroll, to create this unique venue experience catered toward bettors.”
Betting Hero has partnerships with more than 200 bars and restaurants nationally, while Bankroll will soon roll out in a city where sports betting has been legal since 2019.
