South African gaming and hospitality group Peermont, will utilise DraftKings’ B2B sportsbook and platform solution to power the PalaceBet sportsbook, the group’s first online sports betting venture.
The venture will see South African sports fans have access to a range of sports betting features, such as Your Bet and Pulse Betting, while data integrations with Betgenius and IMG will allow customers to bet on local and international sports including cricket, football, tennis and rugby, as well as Lucky Numbers.
DraftKings chief international officer Shay Berka, said: “This collaboration brings together two organisations committed to providing South Africa’s sports fans with the most dynamic and innovative sports betting experience.”

In August, US-based fantasy and sports betting operator and supplier DraftKings, reported a revenue rise of 24% year-on-year for Q2 2020, up to $70.9m.
